Report an Incident

This form is for sharing concerns about something happening in your school or district that affects you or someone you care about. You can use it to request support, information, or resources related to discrimination, harassment, unsafe practices, or any situation that harms queer or trans students or educators. We review every submission, but we cannot offer crisis intervention or emergency response.
